Motivated Dugong: [OPERATION SHANELA II: RABIE RIDGE, EKURHULENI DISTRICT] The Acting Provincial Commissioner of #SAPS in Gauteng, Major General Fred Kekana, will once again be leading the multidisciplinary forces of #OperationShanela2, which will be operating today, 10/09. The forces comprise various units of SAPS, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Community Safety, Community Police Forum, Patrollers and private security companies.
