Hey everyone, Hope you’re all well. We are considering moving to Glen Park and have found a property available to rent in the area. Before making any decisions, I’m trying to do some research from people who actually live there. I don’t have the exact property location yet, but I was hoping some residents could share their experiences of the area. A few things I’d really appreciate insight on: - How is the general safety/crime situation in Glen Park? - Are there any specific roads or sections of the suburb that you would avoid? - How reliable are services like water and electricity? I see quite consistent conversations around water and electricity :( - Is fibre availability generally good? - what security company is the most prominent? - is there a strong sense of community? A neighbourhood watch or a local whatsapp group where everybody is kept informed? - Are there any other issues or challenges you think someone moving into the area should know about? From what I’ve seen so far, Glen Park looks like a really nice suburb, but I’d rather get honest feedback from people living there. Thanks in advance for any advice.
